Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 tsp oil
- 4 m.-sized tomatoes
- 1 onion(s)
- oregano
- Garlic
- chili powder
- Herbs of Provence
- 200 g sheep’s cheese
- butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Brush a baking dish with oil. Halve the tomatoes and place them cut-side up in the dish. Season to taste. Finely chop the onion and place it around the tomatoes. Cut or crumble the feta cheese and sprinkle it over the tomatoes. Add knobs of butter. A delicious accompaniment to meat dishes, for example. Preheat oven to 250 degrees Celsius (480 degrees Fahrenheit) and bake for about 10-15 minutes.
