Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g muesli (fruit muesli), low-fat
- 320 ml milk
- 1 egg(s)
- 200 g flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 80 g brown sugar
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Combine the muesli with the milk and egg in a bowl and let it sit for 5 minutes. Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt with the sugar and cinnamon. Gradually stir the muesli mixture into the flour mixture until you have a smooth, not too watery batter. Pour the mixture into a greased small loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes. (115 kcal, 2 g fat, 15.65% fat)
