Crumble the yeast into the lukewarm water, stir in 1 teaspoon of flour and the teaspoon of sugar, and let it rise in a warm place. Mix the flour, oil, salt, chili, and herbs with the yeast mixture until a smooth dough forms. Let the dough rise in a warm place for another 30-40 minutes. Then knead again until the dough is very soft, divide into 4 pieces, and roll each out to a thickness of about 3-5 mm. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, roll up, and cut into thin slices. Bake these slices on a baking sheet lined with baking paper for about 10 minutes at 160°C (convection oven) until golden brown. You can also use pizza seasoning or something similar instead of the herbs.
