  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 2 tbsp cress
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Ahua quatl – butter from the tree

Halve the avocado, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh from the skin, and mash it with a fork, adding the lemon juice. Stir in the cress and curry powder and season with salt and pepper. Spoon a tablespoon onto crackers, round pumpernickel slices, or baguette and garnish with cress.
