Fried bread with tomato salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 slices of bread (e.g. mixed bread)
  • some butter
  • some processed cheese
  • 2 slices of cheese (e.g. Gouda)
  • some oil
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash and chop the tomatoes. Add the chopped onions to a bowl with the tomatoes, season with salt and pepper. Spread the bread with the melted cheese. Meanwhile, fry the eggs in a pan. Remove the eggs, place them on the bread, and place the bread in the pan. Cover with the cheese and cover until the cheese slowly melts. Serve with salad.
