Guacamole without fresh tomatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 avocados
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 60 g tomato paste
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the avocados, remove the pit, and place the flesh in a bowl. Press the garlic and add it. Add tomato paste (the more tomato paste, the less green the guacamole will be). Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the lemon juice to keep the guacamole color and prevent it from turning brown. Mash everything well, stir, and mix until a smooth consistency is achieved.
