Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 130 g sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 130 g margarine
- 7 tbsp apricot jam for spreading
- 100 g sugar
- 250 g butter
- 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 4 tbsp water
- 200 g hazelnuts, chopped
- 200 g almonds, chopped

Make a dough from flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, and margarine and roll it out onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Brush the dough with apricot jam. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the sugar, vanilla sugar, and water, and bring to a boil briefly. Stir in the nuts. Spread the mixture evenly over the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 30 minutes. Cut the cooled pastry into squares and then diagonally into triangles. If you like, dip the corners in melted chocolate or couverture.
