Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 ml lemon juice
  • 15 basil leaves
  • 3 tbsp honey or sugar
  • 9 sheets of gelatin

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 24 minutes

Caution: Danger of addiction!

Squeeze the lemons, remove 100 ml, and blend it with the basil leaves and honey in a blender. Pour into the pot and let it swell with the gelatin for about 10 minutes. Heat gently; do not allow the gelatin to boil. Use the pipette to fill the jelly bear mold and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Carefully press out of the mold.
