Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g meat (gyros), ready (from the butcher)
  • 1 can of corn
  • ½ can pineapple
  • 1 jar mushrooms (1st choice)
  • 200 g crème fraîche

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Fry the gyros in a pan. Then add the corn, pineapple, and mushrooms, and finally stir in the crème fraîche. Serve with a warm herb baguette and, of course, a good bottle of red wine.
