Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g gyros meat, seasoned
- 500 g pasta
- 300 ml garlic sauce
- 1 large onion(s)
- 6 slices of cheese
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Precook the pasta according to the package instructions. Brown the gyro meat in a pan for about 10 minutes. Then transfer both ingredients to a greased dish. Dice the onion and toss it over the pasta along with the gyro and garlic sauce. Arrange the cheese slices on top. Bake at 180°C fan-assisted oven (approx. 200°C top/bottom heat) for 25 minutes, until the cheese is a nice brown color.
