Gyro salad with tomatoes

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 500 g meat (gyro meat), frozen
  • 5 m.-large tomato(s)
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 pack of chips (potato chips – sticks)
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 500 g mayonnaise

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Fry the meat according to the package instructions and let cool. Then spread it on a flat plate. Wash the cucumber and grate it into small sticks, then arrange it on the meat. Arrange the chip sticks on the cucumber and spread the mayonnaise over it, smoothing it down. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes, then arrange them on top of the mayonnaise. Wash the spring onions and slice them into rings, then sprinkle them evenly over the tomatoes.
