- 1 kg Gyros meat
- 2 piece Onions
- 200 ml Cream
- 200 g Tzaziki
- 2 Cans Mushrooms (314 ml)
- 1 bag Hash browns
- 200 g Grated cheese
- 500 ml Sieved tomatos
- Cut the onions into rings.
- Mix the cream, tzaziki and tomato sauce.
- Briefly sear the gyros and the mushrooms. Put in a lightly greased baking dish.
