Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 pack of pizza dough with tomato sauce, from the refrigerated section
- 500 g gyros meat
- 150 g white cabbage salad, well squeezed
- 150 g coleslaw (red cabbage salad), well squeezed
- 250g tzatziki
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 pack of cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Brown the meat in a pan. Meanwhile, roll out the dough slightly and divide it in half. Brush the edges with a little egg yolk and spread tomato sauce in the middle (reserve some sauce). Divide the cooked meat between both pizzas, top each with white and red cabbage salad, tzatziki, and cheese, as desired. Carefully fold the dough shut (sometimes you need to stretch the dough a little), then spread the remaining tomato sauce and cheese on top. Bake according to the package instructions.
