Gyros Noodle Casserole

The perfect gyros noodle casserole recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Pasta
  • 1 bunch Spring onion
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Instant vegetable broth
  • Paprika powder
  • 600 g Fresh or frozen gyros meat
  • 150 g Whipped cream
  • 150 g Ger. cheese
  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet, drain and drain. Clean the spring onions, wash and cut into fine rings. Heat the oil, fry the gyros in it. Add the spring onions and fry briefly. Dust the paprika powder and flour, sweat briefly while turning. Pour in the cream and 250 ml of water, bring to the boil, stir in the stock, simmer for 2-3 minutes. Layer the pasta, sauce and cheese alternately in a baking dish, finish with cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
