Gyros Soup

The perfect gyros soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1500 g Gyros meat
  • 2 bag Instant onion soup (out of the bag)
  • 1 Glass Gypsy sauce
  • 3 paprika Red / yellow / orange
  • 200 ml Cream 30% fat
  • 420 g Mushrooms
  • 1 Can Corn grains
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Broken peppers
  1. Fry the gyros in a pan without fat. Take off the heat and pour in the cream. To let go.
  2. Cut the peppers into strips and fry them in the oil. Deglaze with 1500ml of cold water and immediately sprinkle in the onion soup and stir. Let simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Add the meat and cream and simmer briefly. Now add the gypsy sauce and stir well. Finally, fill in the mushrooms and corn and briefly bring to the boil.
