Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 10 tsp oregano
- 8 tsp thyme
- 6 tsp brown sugar
- 6 tsp salt
- 4 tsp onion powder
- 4 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 4 tsp garlic powder
- 4 tsp rosemary, dried
- 4 tsp black pepper, ground
- 2 tsp coriander powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
e.g. for layered meat from the Dutch oven
Mix the ingredients and store in a sealed jar. The flavor will last for about a year. I often use this spice mix for layered meat cooked in a Dutch oven. This amount is enough for about 3 kg of meat.
