Pasta with Broccoli Pesto and Fried Sausages

The perfect pasta with broccoli pesto and fried sausages recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 30 g Unsalted pistachio nuts
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 70 g Freshly grated Parmesan
  • 350 g Broccoli cooked
  • 1 a cup Crème fraîche with herbs
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 100 ml Oil
  • 400 g Pasta
  • 4 Sausages, coarse
  1. Finely chop all ingredients except for the pasta and sausages in a blender to create a creamy pesto. Then season with salt and pepper.
  1. Cook pasta, fry sausages and serve everything together.
  1. If you like, you can leave the pesto “coarser” and then serve it warm as a vegetable.
