Pasta with Broccoli Pesto and Fried Sausages

Ingredients
 

  • 30 g Unsalted pistachio nuts
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 70 g Freshly grated Parmesan
  • 350 g Broccoli cooked
  • 1 cup Crème fraîche with herbs
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 100 ml Oil
  • 400 g Pasta
  • 4 Sausages, coarse

Instructions
 

  • Finely chop all ingredients except for the pasta and sausages in a blender to create a creamy pesto. Then season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook pasta, fry sausages and serve everything together.
  • If you like, you can leave the pesto "coarser" and then serve it warm as a vegetable.
