Ingredients
- 30 g Unsalted pistachio nuts
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 70 g Freshly grated Parmesan
- 350 g Broccoli cooked
- 1 cup Crème fraîche with herbs
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- 100 ml Oil
- 400 g Pasta
- 4 Sausages, coarse
Instructions
- Finely chop all ingredients except for the pasta and sausages in a blender to create a creamy pesto. Then season with salt and pepper.
- Cook pasta, fry sausages and serve everything together.
- If you like, you can leave the pesto "coarser" and then serve it warm as a vegetable.
