Hack Mushroom Pan with Potato Noodles

The perfect hack mushroom pan with potato noodles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 120 g Chanterelles
  • 120 g King oyster mushrooms
  • 120 g Mushrooms
  • 120 g Other forest mushrooms
  • 400 g Mixed minced meat
  • 480 g Potato noodles
  • 120 g Butter
  • 400 g Sour cream
  • 1 piece Onion
  • Parsley
  • Chives
  • Sprigs of thyme
  • Garlic
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Sugar
  1. Season the minced meat with sugar, salt and pepper. Heat the oil in the pan and add the meat to the pan. Heat butter in another pan and add potato noodles.
  2. Cut the onion into pieces, crush a clove of garlic whole (do not cut) and add to the meat pan with a sprig of thyme. Activate forest mushrooms: Season with sugar, salt and pepper. Then put it in the meat pan.
  3. Add the sour cream to the meat and mushroom pan. The sour cream forms the sauce. Chop the chives and parsley and add to the meat and mushroom parsley. Take the potato noodles out of the pan as soon as they are golden brown.
  4. Stir the meat and mushroom pan several times and then serve with the golden brown potato noodles. Note: In the video, a portion is cooked.
