Hack Savoy Cabbage Pot

The perfect hack savoy cabbage pot recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Toes Garlic
  • 250 g Ground beef
  • 250 g Savoy cabbage leaves
  • 150 g Mushrooms brown
  • 2 tsp Seasoned salt from my KB:
  • 2 tsp Garlic pepper from my KB:

  • 1 tsp Curry
  • 600 ml Vegetable broth / Allnatura
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 3 Painted allspice grains
  • 50 g Lentils red
  • 4 tsp Yogurt 10% fat
  1. Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the onion cubes and garlic! Then add the minced meat and fry it!
  2. Then fry the mushrooms for 5 minutes and add the savoy cabbage! Fry everything for 10 minutes! Deglaze with vegetable stock! Season to taste with seasoned salt, garip pepper, curry and allspice grains! Add the lentils and let them steep for 10 minutes!
  3. Serve with yogurt! 🙂
  4. Also tastes great with potatoes instead of lentils! 🙂
