Savoy Cabbage Hack Pot
The perfect savoy cabbage hack pot recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Ground beef
- 1 Small savoy cabbage (remove stunk, wash, cut into Small pieces)
- 2 Onions (dice)
- 500 ml Vegetable broth
- 2 Eßl Food starch
- Thyme, salt, pepper
- In a saucepan with a little oil, sauté the onion cubes until translucent, add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Add the savoy cabbage and sauté briefly. Deglaze with vegetable stock and simmer on the lowest level for about 15 minutes. Season to taste with the spices and thicken with cornstarch.
- We had mashed potatoes ….. but you can also serve it with normal boiled potatoes.
