Halal Jelly with Apple Effect

The perfect halal jelly with apple effect recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 ml Apple juice
  • 1,5 Bags Halal gelatine a bag has 10 g
  • 1 Huge Apple
  • Some red food coloring
  • Some lemon
  1. Heat the apple juice in the pot so that it is just before hot but you can still keep your finger clean.
  1. Then put the 1 1/2 bags of gelatine in a cup and add water until the gelatine is covered. Let it swell now.
  1. In the meantime, peel the apple and rub it into small “threads” with the grater. (This means the medium size of the grater. Then add red food color to the apple threads and stir everything well, add a little lemon and let it steep
  1. When the gelatine has absorbed the water, add everything to the warm apple juice and stir well. Everything has to be resolved. Now pour off the “apple threads” if something has formed so that nothing comes out
  1. Now add the apple threads to the gelatin mixture and stir again. Put everything in a glass bowl and chill in the fridge. (Keeps it cold until it has solidified. (On my picture it is without apple because I just didn’t have any pictures but still, you can of course do it without pieces of apple for those who don’t like it with pieces)
