with pineapple, coconut milk and curry sauce

As a variation on the well-known Pfundstopf (pound pot), I tried out the Exotic Half Pfundstopf (half pound pot) for my mother and me today. Instead of the usual ingredients like mushrooms and chili sauce, I used pineapple, curry sauce, and coconut milk to give it an exotic touch. First, I cut all the ingredients into small pieces or strips and mixed them together in a large bowl. Then I added the coconut milk, cream, and curry sauce and stirred everything thoroughly. The whole thing went into a well-greased cast-iron roasting pan (which we usually use for Döppekooche) and baked in the oven at 250°C for about 90 minutes.
