Halibut with tomatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 slice(s) of fish (halibut) of 200 g each
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs, dried
  • 8 tomatoes
  • 125 ml white wine
  • 1 stalk parsley, flat

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash and dry the fish, drizzle with lemon juice (reserve 2 lemon slices for garnish). Let it marinate for 10 minutes. Rub with mustard, salt, pepper, and herbs, and place in an ovenproof dish with the tomatoes, which have been scored on top. Season the tomatoes with salt and pepper. Pour in the wine and bake in a preheated oven (180°C) for 25 minutes. Serve garnished with lemon and parsley.
