- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 300 g broccoli
- 150 ml vegetable stock
- 1 can tuna in juice
- 1 onion(s)
- salt and pepper
- Chili powder or paprika powder

Sauté the broccoli in the vegetable broth until tender, then puree. Stir the quark into the broccoli puree. Drain the tuna and shred it with a fork. Finely dice the onion and stir it into the quark and broccoli mixture along with the tuna. Season with salt, pepper, and chili powder. Bake in a casserole dish (silicone is best; no grease is required!) at 180°C for 35-40 minutes. You can swap out the vegetables as desired. This casserole also tastes great with carrots or zucchini.
