Ingredients

also

  • 28 g Yeast
  • 500 g Flour
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 60 g Sugar
  • 3 piece Eggs
  • 50 g Butter
  • 1 liter Oil for frying
  • 600 g Chocolate white
  • 200 ml Cream
  • Food coloring white
  • Eyeballs and fruit jelly candy
  • Sugar sprinkles red

Instructions

  • First dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm milk. Then add the flour, salt and sugar to a bowl and stir briefly. Then knead in the eggs and butter until you have a smooth dough. Shape the dough into a ball, lightly oil and cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour until the dough has visibly doubled.
  • Then form 18-20 small balls out of the dough, make a hole in them with your finger so that it looks like a donut. Cover the dough rings again and let rise for about 20 minutes.
  • Heat the oil in a large deep pan. Use a wooden stick to check whether the oil is hot enough to fry, if bubbles rise you can start. Bake the donuts on both sides until golden brown. Then let cool down well.
  • In the meantime, chop the white chocolate and place in a bowl. Heat the cream in a saucepan and pour over the chocolate and stir until everything is well dissolved, then color it white with a little food coloring. Dip the top of the cooled donuts into the white chocolate, place the eyeballs in the middle and sprinkle red sugar sprinkles over them.
