Spread the love

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 200 g chopped white chocolate
  • 1,000 ml milk (whole milk)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Food coloring, orange
  • Cream, for garnishing
  • Chocolate shavings for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Chop the chocolate and bring the milk to a boil in a saucepan, stirring occasionally. Once the milk has boiled, reduce the heat slightly. Add the chocolate while stirring. Let it simmer for a while, stirring continuously, until it has completely dissolved. Remove from the heat and add a drop of food coloring. Or as much as you want the orange color to be. Once this is mixed in, you can sweeten the chocolate to taste. Then pour it into glasses or mugs and whip some cream until stiff. You can also sweeten this to taste. Put a dollop of this on each glass and sprinkle with some chocolate shavings.
