Ham and cheese coins

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 250 g quark
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • n. B. Salt
  • e.g. paprika powder, other spices
  • 250 g diced ham
  • 200 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

quickly made and quickly plastered

Beat the eggs with a hand mixer until frothy, then add the oil and quark. Continue beating until the mixture is smooth. Mix the flour with the salt, spices, and baking powder, gradually adding them and continuing to beat for about a minute. Thoroughly fold in the ham cubes and cheese with a wooden spoon. Place a heaped tablespoon of the mixture onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and flatten it out slightly (about 3 cm). Bake for 20 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat). Makes about 18-20 pieces. This recipe can be varied in many ways, for example by adding sun-dried tomatoes and basil, or fried onions, or cooked ham and fried onions, or whatever…! The coins are perfect to take away or for parties and taste good both hot and cold.
