- 1 m.-sized tomato(s)
- 1 spring onion(s)
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- 1 small chili pepper(s)
- 2 croissants (ham and cheese croissants)
Instructions

The chili pepper can be omitted if you don’t want it spicy. Dice the medium-sized tomato and place it in a bowl. Finely slice the spring onion and chili pepper and add them to the bowl. Season everything with a small pinch of sea salt and mix well. Cut the ham and cheese croissants open on one side and place the uncut side on a plate. Gently pull the open end apart with your hand. Using a small spoon, carefully spoon the tomato mixture into the croissants. Approx. 712 kcal per serving.
