Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 g cooked ham
- 2 eggs
- 30 g Gouda (or other cheese), grated
- 1 lemon(s), zest
- salt and pepper
- some basil
- 1 tsp clarified butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes
Finely slice the ham and mix with the grated cheese and lemon zest. Depending on your appetite, whisk 2 to 3 eggs, finely chop the basil, add it, and season with salt and pepper. Combine the egg mixture and fry in a pan with a little clarified butter (a cast iron pan is best).
