Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of XXL pizza dough
  • 150 g diced ham
  • 16 slice(s) Salami , small slices
  • 1 piece(s) Emmental cheese
  • mayonnaise
  • ketchup
  • 100 g Emmental cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

easy and fast

Fry the ham cubes in a pan and let cool. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Roll out the pizza dough and cut into 4 equal rectangles. Spread the rectangles with mayonnaise and ketchup. Place 4 slices of salami on the long part, then place a long piece of cheese on top. Place the ham cubes behind them. Roll up the dough and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the dough pieces and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes. For 4 servings, one serving has 900 kcal.
