Bacon and Cheese Muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of bread dough (e.g. Sunday rolls from Knack und Back)
  • 125 g Bacon, cut into strips
  • 250 g Gouda, grated
  • some olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Crack the Knack-und-Back rolls out of the package and quarter each roll. In a large bowl, combine the cheese, bacon strips, and a little olive oil. Roll each piece of dough in the mixture. Then place three coated pieces of dough into each of the holes in a greased 12-cup muffin tin (or lined with silicone baking cups). Bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack for about 12 minutes.
