Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 180 g pasta (spirals
- 6 slices of cooked ham (without fat)
- 3 bell peppers, red, green and yellow, diced
- 2 onions, diced
- 250 g tomatoes, chopped
- 200 g feta cheese, low-fat, sliced
- 3 tsp oregano, dried
- Sugar
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, hot
- 2 garlic cloves
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente, then rinse and transfer to a casserole dish. Sauté the bell peppers, onions and crushed garlic in a little oil in a pan for about 10 minutes. Deglaze with the tomatoes, add the oregano, bring to a boil and season with salt, pepper, paprika and sugar. Cut the ham into strips and arrange over the pasta, add the vegetables and mix everything well. Then spread the shaved feta evenly on top. Place the casserole in the oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes. Tip: You can also use grated Gouda cheese in addition to the feta. Stir the feta into the casserole and sprinkle the Gouda cheese on top for the topping.
