Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pasta
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 3 spring onions
  • 100 g salami, thinly sliced
  • 100 g mountain cheese in one piece
  • 2 tomatoes
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 3 tbsp salad cream (yogurt salad cream)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta, rinse with hot water, drain well, and toss with olive oil. Chop the remaining ingredients. Mix everything in a bowl and season with the salad dressing. The special flavor comes from the combination of bell peppers, salami, and spring onions. The tomatoes and cucumber add succulence. The salad tastes best when well marinated.
