Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g turkey breast fillet(s), cut into cubes
- 3 bell peppers, colored
- 1 vegetable onion(s)
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 200 g sour cream
- 200 g sweet cream
- salt and pepper
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Dice the bell peppers and onion. Brown the turkey in a little oil over high heat and season with salt and pepper. Add the vegetables and sauté for about 3 minutes. Now add the mustard and cream. Mix everything together and simmer uncovered over medium heat for about 30 minutes. Season to taste before serving. Serve with potatoes, rice, pasta, or bread.
