Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g Emmental cheese, grated
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 120 ml milk
  • 100 ml oil
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 100 g fried onions
  • 100 g bacon
  • 2 tbsp yogurt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Combine low-fat quark, milk, oil, sugar, salt, flour, and baking powder to form a dough. Finally, stir in the fried onions, grated Emmental cheese, and bacon. Form 16 rolls and spread with yogurt. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 22 minutes.
