Ham and pasta casserole

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 300 g pasta (croissants)
  • salt and pepper
  • some oil
  • 50 g bacon, streaky, cut into small pieces
  • 150 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 carrots, coarsely grated
  • 100 g corn
  • 100 g peas
  • 250 g cooked ham, cut into small pieces
  • 1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 100 g cheese, spicy, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Then place it in a colander and drain well. Brown the bacon in a little oil, add the mushrooms and carrots, season with salt and pepper, and fry together for about 5 minutes. Then combine everything with the pasta, corn, peas, ham, and parsley and pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish. Whisk the crème fraîche with the sour cream and eggs, season with salt and pepper, and spread the topping over the ingredients in the dish. Slice the tomatoes and top the casserole with them. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 40-45 minutes. Serve with salad.
