Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g pasta (small squares)
- salt water
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s), green
- 100 g ham
- 100 g sour cream
- 1 shot of white wine
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
- chives
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the Fleckerl in plenty of salted water until al dente and drain. Dice the onion, bell pepper, and ham and sauté in olive oil until translucent. Deglaze with a splash of white wine and stir in the sour cream. Season with salt, pepper, and some chives, then stir in the Fleckerl.
