Ham and vegetable casserole with egg

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 3 peppers
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 250 g Emmental cheese, grated
  • n. B. spice(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Slim while you sleep

Dice the ham, bell peppers, zucchini, and onion. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and divide between three baking dishes. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for 45 minutes. Serve with a green salad!
