Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g margarine
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 200 g Emmental cheese, grated
  • 200 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Whisk the margarine until fluffy. Add the egg, egg yolk, 6-8 tablespoons of water, and the cheese. Combine the flour and baking powder, sift it over the cheese, and knead everything into a smooth batter. Season with salt and paprika. Fill the cheese batter into a piping bag with a smooth nozzle. Pipe any shapes onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 12-15 minutes.
