Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pack of lean ham, diced
- 250 g butter
- salt and pepper

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 10 minutes
A great alternative to herb butter
Place the butter in a bowl and microwave briefly until it’s nice and soft. Stir in the ham cubes and season with plenty of freshly ground black pepper, adding a little salt if desired. Chill the ham butter and serve with fresh, warm baguette bread. Tip: You can also roll the butter into a roll using cling film and then chill it into decorative slices.
