Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 400 g cooked ham
- 150 g Emmental cheese
- 10 m.-sized eggs
- 350 g mayonnaise
- salt and pepper
- Dill or parsley, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
with mayonnaise
Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, then peel and let cool. Cut the ham and cheese into very small sticks. Cut the eggs into small cubes using an egg slicer. Combine these three ingredients in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and mix well. Now add the mayonnaise and mix again. Season to taste if desired. Sprinkle with dill or parsley, and the salad is ready.
