Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g ham, cooked, finely chopped
  • 200 g cheese (e.g. Gouda), grated
  • 200 g sour cream
  • ½ bunch parsley, finely chopped
  • 4 rolls (baguette rolls)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

In a bowl, combine the ham, cheese, sour cream, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Halve the baguette rolls lengthwise and spread the mixture evenly between each half. Bake the filled baguette rolls in a preheated oven at 220°C for about 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted. Be careful not to leave them in the oven for too long, or the topping will run off the roll! Ideal for parties. You can prepare everything in advance and then pop the baguette rolls in the oven when your guests arrive.
