Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pkt. Puff pastry, frozen
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • 100 g onion(s), roasted
  • g sour cream
  • 300 g ham, diced
  • 1 egg yolk
  • some milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Thaw the puff pastry sheets and roll them out lightly. Spread each sheet with a little sour cream and evenly distribute the roasted onions, diced ham, and grated cheese. Then roll everything up like a roulade and cut into 1-2 cm thick slices. Place the slices on baking paper and brush with egg yolk and 1 tablespoon of milk. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes and serve while still warm.
