Ham – Cheese – Toast

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 125 g double cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp curd
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 125 g ham, cooked
  • 3 tbsp cream, liquid
  • Paprika powder
  • Salt
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 4 slices of toast
  • some butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Whisk the cream cheese with the quark and cream until creamy. Dice the ham and eggs and stir in. Season with paprika and salt. Spread the toast with butter, spread the cheese mixture on top, and bake in the oven until golden brown. Serve sprinkled with finely chopped chives.
