taste great both cold and warm

Cut the round puff pastry into 8 pieces. Mix the cream cheese with the diced ham, parsley, salt, pepper, and mustard. Spread about 1 tablespoon of the mixture on each of the 8 pieces of puff pastry. Brush the edges with egg white. Roll up from the wide side to a point and shape into croissants. Brush the croissants with egg yolk before baking. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes. These 8 croissants, served with salad, are a meal for 2 people. Without salad, they can be served as an aperitif. Tip: Make double the batch and eat half cold the next day or freeze.
