Sunday croissants, good to prepare the day before

Make a dough from quark, butter, flour, and baking powder. Knead the dough briefly and fold it over itself. Let it rest in the refrigerator overnight. The next morning, shape the dough into a thick log and cut into 4 equal slices. Roll out the slices into rounds and cut into 12 slices like a cake. Cut the ham slices into 12 slices in the same way. Place the ham, wide side down, on the dough and then roll it up into a croissant. Bake at 220°C for about 20 minutes.
