Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g cooked ham
  • 8 tbsp whipped cream
  • 100 g ham, raw
  • 1 tsp horseradish, from the jar
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • Pepper, from the mill
  • ½ bunch of dill

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the cooked ham into small pieces and blend them with the cream until smooth. Finely dice the raw ham and mix in. Season with horseradish, tomato paste, and pepper. Using 2 moistened teaspoons of the ham cream, scoop out gnocchi and arrange on plates. Garnish with dill sprigs. Serve with some white bread or a green salad. This can also be prepared a day in advance.
