Ham Lasagna

The perfect ham lasagna recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Lasagne sheets
  • 400 g Cooked ham
  • 400 g Gauda rubbed
  • 200 g Grated mozzarella
  • 700 Milliliters Milk 3.8
  • 5 tablespoon Flour
  • Salt and pepper
  • Nutmeg
  1. Mix the flour with the milk without lumps and season well with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Now simmer on a low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens. Just before the end, stir in half of the mozzarella.
  2. Put the lasagne sheets in the prepared baking dish as the first layer. Brush these with the sauce. Place the cooked ham on top and sprinkle with Gauda. Now repeat everything until all ingredients are used up. Finally sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella on top. Place the casserole dish in the oven preheated to 200 degrees upper and lower heat and bake for about 20 minutes.
