Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g spirals
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 125g bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pack of grated cheese, approx. 150 – 200 g
  • n. B. Grease for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, dice the ham into small cubes. Mix the eggs in a small bowl. Place half of the pasta in a greased baking dish, top with the ham and bacon. Sprinkle about 3/4 of the cheese on top. Add the remaining pasta to the baking dish, pour the eggs over the casserole, and finally sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Cover the casserole with aluminum foil and place in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes. Then remove the aluminum foil and bake the casserole for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
