Ham noodles in zucchini cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • salt water
  • 250 g cooked ham
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 500 ml broth
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, wash and finely chop the zucchini, and sauté briefly in butter. Pour in the broth and cook until tender. Finely dice the cooked ham. Once the zucchini is tender, puree it and season with cream, crème fraîche, salt, and pepper. Brown the cooked ham, stir in the pasta and zucchini cream. Arrange on plates and serve.
